Crab Cakes

Ingredients
12 oz. Crab Meat
1 egg
2 tbs. lemon juice
3 tablespoon mayonaise
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
2 tbs. parsley, fresh, chopped
3 green onions chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbs. olive oil for frying
1/4 tsp. pepper or to taste

Preparation
All all ingredients to bowl and gently mix together.
Form crab mixture into patties.
In skillet heat olive oil over medium heat. Place patties in skillet and cook about 5 minutes each side until golden brown.
Eat.
